Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any product by Khihani, you agree to the following terms.

General

• All products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you the right to use the product according to these terms; you do not receive redistribution or ownership rights to the original files.
• Do not share, leak, resell, price-split, or redistribute Khihani's work
• Purchased files may not be uploaded to file-sharing, piracy, or similar websites.
• Products may not be used, redistributed, or converted for platforms other than VRChat
• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable
• I am not responsible for issues caused by VRChat, Unity, third-party software, or future updates. Compatibility with future updates is not guaranteed.
• Violations of these terms may result in license termination without refund and DMCA or other legal action.
• Do not use my avatars or assets to generate AI art, images, or other AI-generated content

Avatars

• Avatars and your personal edits must remain private and may not be publicly distributed.
• Do not extract, reuse, or repurpose any part of my avatars for other personal or commercial models or projects.
• Avatars are intended for VRChat only and may not be ported to other games or platforms.
• You may not edit, upload, or set up an avatar for another person unless you both own a legitimate copy.
• I reserve full rights to revoke and disable a licensekey, if my Terms of Use are broken.
• Please only purchase if you have a PC and basic Unity knowledge required to use the product.
• Commercial use, including monetized streaming or content creation, requires permission.

Assets

• Credit is required when using my assets. Credit me with either my Payhip link or Discord: khihani.
• Assets may be used on personal, public, for-sale, and Nitro avatars
• Assets may be used for commissions, but both the commissioner and client must own their own copy. Purchased assets may not be shared between them.
• Assets priced at $5 or less may be used on free avatars.
• Do not resell my assets as standalone files or redistribute them as part of an asset pack.
• Assets may not be converted, ported, or redistributed for The Sims, IMVU, Second Life, GTA, or other platforms
