1) Do you make custom avatars or take commissions?
No, I no longer take custom avatar commissions. Custom work is not something I currently offer.
2) Can you upload an avatar for me?
I don't personally offer uploads. However, one of my moderators can upload your purchase for you for a $5 fee. Please open a ticket in my server for more information.
3) Are your avatars quest compatible?
Most of them are. Quest compatibility is always stated on the product/sale page, so please check the description before purchasing.
4) How do i upload your avatar?
Every avatar includes an upload information file with step-by-step instructions. It's super easy!
If you still have trouble, feel free to open a ticket in my server or contact me through Payhip.
5) Can you make me an optimized/quest version of your avatar?
This counts as custom work (check out 1.), please don't purchase my avatars with the expectation that i will optimize them for you. I always state on the product description, if the avatar is very poor/poor/optimized/quest compatible.
6) Can i stream in your avatars? (or make any kind of content with it)
Message me beforehand and i will tell you the terms and conditions! * Public avatars are not included in this rule, but i always appreciate credit!
7) I found one of your avatars leaked online. Do you know about it?
Probably! Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately, some piracy websites do not respond to DMCA requests, so removing leaked content can be difficult.
Using leaked or pirated copies is not permitted and may result in a ban from my server and shop
8) Can I gift an avatar to a friend?
Yes! Please use Payhip's gifting option so that the correct person receives the license.
Make sure you enter the recipient's information, not your own.
9) Can I use your avatar to showcase textures or other products I want to sell?
No. You may not use my avatars as promotional or showcase material for commercial products or services.
10) Can i use [...] off of your avatar?
No. Nothing may be taken from my avatars.
This includes heads, bases, edits, animations, materials, textures, shaders, and other custom work. Please see the Avatar section of the TOS for more information.
11) Can I edit your avatars for personal use?
YES, i love seeing edits! You may make personal edits as long as the result remains an edit of the original avatar and is still recognizable as my work. You may not simply take individual parts, such as the head or base, and use them separately.
12) Can I use a different payment method ? (paypal family & friends/ venmo/cashapp)
No, the only payment methods are the ones available on my payhip (Stripe, Credit Card, Paypal)
13) Can I make my edits of your avatars public?
No. Personal edits must remain private.
If someone claims they have permission from me to publicly upload an edit, they do not.
